Welcome to Passo. By downloading our mobile application, visiting our website, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the Passo application.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to establish a Passo account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate registration information and maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to duplicate rewards or manipulate referral algorithms is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.
By configuring daily step contracts and selecting distraction applications, you grant Passo explicit permission to manage and restrict application launch behaviors on your device utilizing Screen Time integrations. You acknowledge that:
Passo Points are non-transferable, virtual metrics with no liquid cash value. Points may only be redeemed for discount codes or fully promotional items displayed within our catalog. We reserve the right to:
Fulfillment of activewear rewards is subject to regional availability and size inventory thresholds. Shipping times may fluctuate based on production runs.
Passo Pro is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) following any completed promotional trial runs. Charges auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the next billing cycle. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled easily within your app store account settings.
Passo encourages regular physical movement. However, step contracts should align with your physiological capabilities. Passo is not a medical advisor. Consult a healthcare practitioner before beginning high-intensity step routines or physical commitments, especially if you have pre-existing cardiovascular, MSK, or joint conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passo Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device lockdowns, missed notifications, or physical exertion during step goals.
